Lati has always been very helpful and pleasant when working out what is best for me.
She is well informed and has been very prompt in responding, especially with the problems I was having trying to call Chapter to answer a question I had and being put on hold each time I called. I kept being told that it may be on hold up to 20 minutes and it exceeded that time multiple times. A very frustrating experience and why I reached out to Lati, and she was able to answer my question.
