New Chapter customer service is unbelievable and unprofessional!!
The young lady who answers the main New Chapter customer service number, is a terrible representation and first impression for the company. Extremely rude!
Although New Chapter has good products, customers need to realize there is zero customer service should you ever need help from the company.
