I found an ad on Instagram and asked for someone to contact me. I was needing to switch my medicare advantage plan and I didn't know how to go about it. I was contacted by a man named Brandon who was very informative and helpful in guiding me through the different policies that I could probably switch to. After quite awhile he had helped me find on that fit my needs and I wanted to try to get for future use. He had me signed up and feeling good about the decision I had just made. Needless to say I am very satisfied with the help I got from Brandon through chapter. I'd recommend Brandon to anyone I know to contact for help with medicare. It was refreshing to meet someone like Brandon to get help from in this fast paste world we live in now. Thanks again Brandon for your kindness and support you gave me in our time spent talking together about medicare advantage plans.

The Chapter rep, Stan, initially was helpful. However, after he concluded his part where he’s commissioned, he fell off the face of the earth. I reached out to him but crickets. I have done the leg work myself with the drug supplement I need. So, at first I was pleased but in the end left hanging😑

So far, Chapter has been secretive on showing me MEDIGAP plans. The agent I spoke to contacted their Supervisor and they said they could not show me. Then, when i picked a plan (i validated what the agent said by going to Medicare.gov), We had to drop from the ZOOM call and someone else called and wrote up the application. I could not validate what the person did. I told them I currently do not have a Medicare card. They said that was no problem but it was a problem with Cigna. Next step is Part D signup. If Chapter is not going to be forth coming with showing rates and other items, I may need to use another broker. I went to Chapter because of EP Wealth but I am worried if I need help in the future,I will not get it. FYI, I have had an email out to my agent for 5 days concerning a form she said I needed to be signed and have not received any feedback. This concerns me.

We originally began the process by speaking with Tricia Hobbs. She did a very good job. We sent in the required paperwork and set up an appointment to finalize the sign up. Our appointment was today (11/19/24) at 1:00pm. We were contacted by Spencer Murdoch. He was nice enough but the call was very bad on his end and we had to disconnect the call and call back. The 2nd call wasn't much better. He did not know anything about our sign up. We had to go over the whole process again and start over. It was frustrating too say the least and because of his bad connection we struggled through to get it done. Then he was telling us that he was running out of time and we needed to get this completed. It only took us as long as it did because he didn't have any of our information. We were very disappointed in this part of the process. I would like Tricia Hobbs to contact us to very that we signed up for the right insurance that she proposed to us.

Venus was absolutely awesome explaining everything to me she was very professional she got me the best plan for my health issues note to whom it may concern you have a great employee in venus give her a raise or promotion

Caroline Jetter gave us an hour of her time which ended up, referring us to a company which chapter does not represent, American so-and-so, healthcare insurance company. She gave us an unbiased professional advice, which, in the end, was not profitable for herself as an agent. It was beneficial to us. Thank you, Caroline
