We originally began the process by speaking with Tricia Hobbs. She did a very good job. We sent in the required paperwork and set up an appointment to finalize the sign up. Our appointment was today (11/19/24) at 1:00pm. We were contacted by Spencer Murdoch. He was nice enough but the call was very bad on his end and we had to disconnect the call and call back. The 2nd call wasn't much better. He did not know anything about our sign up. We had to go over the whole process again and start over. It was frustrating too say the least and because of his bad connection we struggled through to get it done. Then he was telling us that he was running out of time and we needed to get this completed. It only took us as long as it did because he didn't have any of our information. We were very disappointed in this part of the process. I would like Tricia Hobbs to contact us to very that we signed up for the right insurance that she proposed to us.
