So far, Chapter has been secretive on showing me MEDIGAP plans. The agent I spoke to contacted their Supervisor and they said they could not show me. Then, when i picked a plan (i validated what the agent said by going to Medicare.gov), We had to drop from the ZOOM call and someone else called and wrote up the application. I could not validate what the person did. I told them I currently do not have a Medicare card. They said that was no problem but it was a problem with Cigna. Next step is Part D signup. If Chapter is not going to be forth coming with showing rates and other items, I may need to use another broker. I went to Chapter because of EP Wealth but I am worried if I need help in the future,I will not get it. FYI, I have had an email out to my agent for 5 days concerning a form she said I needed to be signed and have not received any feedback. This concerns me.
