I found an ad on Instagram and asked for someone to contact me. I was needing to switch my medicare advantage plan and I didn't know how to go about it. I was contacted by a man named Brandon who was very informative and helpful in guiding me through the different policies that I could probably switch to. After quite awhile he had helped me find on that fit my needs and I wanted to try to get for future use. He had me signed up and feeling good about the decision I had just made. Needless to say I am very satisfied with the help I got from Brandon through chapter. I'd recommend Brandon to anyone I know to contact for help with medicare. It was refreshing to meet someone like Brandon to get help from in this fast paste world we live in now.
