I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Jilly Silvers at Chapter Medicare. Jilly is truly a super agent.
Before working with her, I had no idea how detailed and time-consuming the Medicare application process could be. Jilly made the entire experience smooth and understandable. She found a new plan for me that is saving me $53 per month by switching from Blue Shield Medicare Blue to Mutual of Omaha.
The reason for the switch is simple: after several attempts to reach Blue Shield Medicare Blue through their official member account page—both to address recent rate increases and to inquire about prescription drug coverage—I never received a single response. Over the past three years, my premiums went from under $500 every three months to now over $800, without any communication or support.
I first learned about Chapter through Ron Yates on YouTube. When my latest Blue Shield statement arrived, I was shocked at the cost and decided to visit Chapter’s website. Within minutes of completing the online form, I received a call from Jilly.
