Preston Ewell was courteous and very professional but yet warm and inviting with a very friendly tone. He was very knowledgeable and always made sure he was giving me the plan to fit my specific needs and wants. He reiterated what we went over and what the best plan available would provide for me. There was no intimidating hard sell! Gave me several ways to contact him if I should want/need more information on anything.
