I had the good fortune to work with William Dean. He became my “ray of sunshine” helping to organize a Medicare supp plan G and a plan D. I’m pretty organized and have always been able to navigate my way around researching health insurance for myself. At 72, with only social security as my only income I was hitting stumbling blocks and felt overwhelmed and desperate for the very first time in my entire life.
