I’m moving in to my 3rd Year with Chapter (October, 2025). You have saved me so much money! I was paired with Humana. My Co-Pays are PCP is $0, Specialist $20., ER $120. I get a $50./per quarter for OTC (that’s $200./yr!). You do have to use their Store; but, they have 100’s of products, comes quickly, & no Shipping Costs. It doesn’t carry over so spend that $50.! I have a dedicated Representative. People have scoffed @ that. His name is Justin, & I have a direct phone line # to him. And, what I think is one of the most misunderstood things is that you can only change during “Open Season, Oct-Dec”. But, there is a Provision that allows a change IF it will save you money. Chapter can inform you of the particulars. FINAL NOTE: Chapter WILL DO ALL THE CHANGE OVER PAPERWORK FOR YOU! That is to let those that think “it’s too much trouble; or, you don’t know how to do it.” If you know how to make a phone call, that will be the most “trouble” you’ll have to do. If a change is made, you will get a Letter from Social Security letting you know your changes are approved. Telling you what the changes are & a number to call IF you DIDN’T make the changes.
