Jilly Silvers was a god send in this Medicare nightmare! She made me feel human again and life was going to be ok! Jilly made it so I understood what I needed and what I did not need. I could ask her anything and she had an answer! Her voice and demeanor were very comforting in this new world of Medicare! I now know I have a team of advocates working for me and that feels fantastic! I appreciate her and Chapter so very much!
