I am VERY grateful I found Melissa Spencer. Not only being the absolute most knowledgeable and patient and helpful person I had consulted on getting medical insurance but she was extremely kind to us: my husband had just been diagnosed with a devastating cancer and it took me quite some time for us to focus doing this. Each time I called Melissa I essentially asked the same questions and she was so considerate and patient. I took up a lot of her time and she amazed me with her willingness to always help. It took a few months to get this rolling . And she urged us to keep in contact for updates on policies. Last week she was on the phone with us for nearly 2 hours. We were so impressed. And still are. Will plan to give her name out to any one the subject comes up on. As I said we’ve been “tough” clients and quite jumpy and emotional and very very appreciative of everything she’s done. Mary Brokate
