I’m glad that I came across a commercial online and getting paper work through Medicare at the same time, helped me make my decision in calling Chapter, that was one of the best moves I’ve made. Jason Kim was the representative that answered my call so I was able to speak with him. Jason spoke to me and made it easy for me to understand and answered any questions I had, He was professional and very knowledgeable about any of the plan programs Medicare offered. His explanations and directions of the Medicare program guided me to the right plan. I look forward to communicating with Chapter and Jason. Now I will have the chance to speak with someone from the Member Advocate Team as well if I have any questions and Jason is occupied at that time.
