Last week we learned that our local hospital and associated medical practice where my husband received his primary care would no longer be affiliated with HUMANA. Our hearts sank. Mainly because he has had the same coverage for 20-plus years and everything has worked well. Thankfully, we received a referral to Chapter for assistance as we began to navigate the process of finding new coverage. And more so, thankfully, we reached representative Scott Smith, who not only walked us through the Medicare maze, but took personal interest in our dilemma and helped us, in record time we're sure, make a decision for future Medicare supplement coverage.
