Dave was priceless in the help he gave us! He stayed on the phone to help as we tried to get out of the plan we already set up for 2023. I felt misled by the plan. I needed a supplemental plan and was set up on an advantage plan. Of course it didn't help I realized this on the last day to sign up. He kept me calm when nobody seemed to be able to help us. Dave had so much knowledge and advice it was amazing! He managed to get everything set up the right way. The plan we were set up on for my husband was the best! He returned calls, and that was important to me. We will go to him every year now. I will also pass his name to people I know who struggled this year. I just can't say enough about the way he does his job!
