I researched my Medicare options quite a bit before calling Chapter to see if they could come up with something better. Sure enough, James came up with an excellent plan that I had not even heard of before, and from a major insurance provider. I am really pleased with James's clear explanation of options and features, and also their mission to thoroughly research all available options before making a recommendation rather than just promoting one or two providers.
