Re: Daniel Galaviz.....I'm writing to congratulate you for having Daniel Galaviz on your Medicare team. Just a hell of a nice guy, great sense of humor and very, very smart. He patiently took my many, many questions and patiently explained and sometimes re-explained, and never once indicated a negative, impatient attitude. (I'm not sure I would have been so nice.) Furthermore, his clarity in explaining a policy (an absurdly complicated policy) was actually both interesting and informative. He even laughed at some of my dark observations about life.
