As a new subscriber I woule like to report my experience so far w/ Chapter/Alignment Health. I have had several minor possibile catastophes tith this cang on 1 Jan, 2023 First my PCP/health group called and said they were not participating, though they were on the network list in November. The situation was temultous. My husband was just released from back surgery hosiptalzation. I was due to go in for lung surgery in 10 days and trying to cover myself as his caregiver. I called alignment and Christian offered to find a new PCP. I was so overburdened and he found someone available, I have had my intro visit, she is a great provider and this huge event smoothed right out with is help in very little time, usng the same medical group and the same doctors in place. Next I received a call from the medical group that they would not accept a previous referral for a behavorial support. This was solved by Ken in a 3 way call with the medical group and myself w/Alignment again offering to smooth the way for me as the medical group did not understand the procedure. For the last few weeks I have been receiving texts from CVS saying they are ordering a refill. This is several weeks now and the text are the same: “They are ordering”. I called CVS and they said I should “call around”. I called Alignment and Christian says he will do some research about this. I am so grateful for your team. At this point I am overwhelmed with my own therapy and worsening condition, my responsibilites to my husband who can no longer care for himself and managing all the systems that make a family run.
