Lyndsey was professional, knowledgable, and extremely patient with all my questions, presenting good and creative options that fit my situation. He did not overwhelm me with too much information, but was thorough and helped me evaluate the long term consequences of the decision without pressure, even agreeing we should both sleep on it overnight to see how it settled.
