The process of signing up for Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan is very confusing and complex for newcomers. I had conversations with several different advisers and agents (from other organizations) before I found Thomas Pruitt of Chapter. He was outstanding -- gave me calm, clear information and asked questions that guided us toward choosing the best plan for me. My wife will soon be signing up, and I'm going to tell her to call Thomas!
