That phone call was one of the best phone calls of customer service I’ve ever received. Ana was “hands down” the best rep to help me and found numerous benefits I was eligible for and NOT using. Of course insurance companies aren’t gonna call you up and say ,”Please spend all of our money and make sure you use ALL of ur benefits “
….yea right…..she was absolutely wonderful and scheduled me for my upcoming EMG after 2 spinal surgeries. Please give that woman a raise. We talked for 1 hour and 48 minutes..!..I actually screenshoted the phone call.
