Ari Parker and Jacob Aubuchon were both excellent in explaining the options available within the Medicare offerings. Key to me was their fluency with the material and their ability to explain in clear simple to understand language.
Their patience and excellent listening skills were a refreshing change and what stood to differentiate them from the "other" Medicare suppliers.
