It was a pleasure working with Spencer. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient while comparing and contrasting the plan differences. Most importantly, he found a plan for my mother that provides 80% coverage for a Tier 3 prescription not covered under her current plan. Better yet, the plan is comparable in price to her current plan so the experience has been a win win. I highly recommend Chapter.
