Rachela was very efficient and very pleasant to work with. It's hard to find both in one person. I had been trying to sort out policies myself when my husband's retirement was moved up suddenly, and there were questions I couldn't figure out the answers to. The drug coverage was especially difficult to sort out, given chronic conditions my husband and I have prescriptions for. Rachela explained the best policy for our needs and where we ran into the doughnut hole in a way we both found easy to understand.
