Stephanie was very professional helpful and once she knew what I was looking for in a plan she did not try to steer me in another direction. She also found me a drug plan for zero payment which gives me many of my medications for free. I didn't want an advantage plan and she understood that and got me the best Medicare N plan. I'm very happy. This is my first year to start Medicare and I am still working so I will save lots of money not using employer plans. Talk to her. People should know that they have other options besides advantage plans. Even if you pay a little premium each month it's best in the long run as these plans are good in all 50 states and all hospitals and physicians accept these plans. I feel very relieved and confident going forward with this. Just wanted you to know that I am a working RN so do see some of the frustration with the limits of other plans especially for people who travel.
