Lindsey was amazing, I am so happy he was able to assist my Aunt and Uncle maneuver Medicare and Medicaid. He was very patient through the process and 2 1/2 hrs. later they received the answers they needed and was very happy with the outcomes.
He answered all their question and made them feel like they mattered which is very important for Seniors, he definitely did not rush through the process.
I can rest assured that my Aunt and Uncle will be comfortable going forward.
