Joven was wonderful. Yesterday he set me up for the Well Care plan, and I am very happy with it. He then asked about my health Plan, and I told him I was very happy with United - but expensive. So he gave me some options.
So today I called back (took him 10 seconds to return my call!) and we set up for Lumica. He is so helpful and such a pleasure - and he really knows his job and enjoys it. I feel i am so lucky to have got his help - Thank you Joven - Felicity.
