Chapter has been very helpful with Medicare. It’s easy to get to speak with someone, I didn’t have to stay on the line for long periods of time, if not immediately available, they call you back promptly. They are knowledgeable about the different plans and always willing to help. I once had a problem with my plan that I couldn’t get addressed by the plan, so I reached out to Chapter and they resolved my issue.
