First of all being referred by NerdWallet helped a lot. Chapter's representative, Sophia, was fantastic. I loved when she told me to get some paper and start taking notes and had me made a "T" chart for pros and cons! The detail that Sophia went into regarding the suggested plans was perfect. I understood what she was saying and if I didn't, she stopped and explained until I did understand. Will recommend her to any of my "baby boomer" friends that are looking for additional retirment coverage!
