I had spent hours trying to understand Part D providers and their coverage. The person I talked to answered my question and then told me about Chapter Medicare. I called them and was more than pleased to find that had I called Chapter Medicare in the first place I could have saved hours of my time investigating Part D. The person I spoke to was quite polite, well informed, patient and most helpful. All my questions were answered and I was signed up with a plan quite quickly.
