Knowledgable, caring, efficient people in all departments made me happy. The positive experience I had with Chapter was almost unbelievable. So much customer service seems script- based but at Chapter I found incredible professionalism, listening and follow through to make sure the solution worked for me. Knowing also that they have an advocacy team that I can contact if I have questions or issues makes me feel like I have support into the future. I am constantly recommending them now.
