These people are YOUR advocates in getting the healthcare that you need. I have spoken to 4 or 5 of them and they all know to how to help you get what you need.Finally— an agent who advocates for you! And if they don’t have an answer, they keep looking until they do.
I initially talked with Lindsey who helped me enroll—great job—and today I spoke with Hollie, who answered my questions and made sure I understood the enrollment process—another 5 stars for her!
