We have worked with Chapter since my retirement in March of 2022. Ari has been with us since then. Even with his well-deserved promotion and managing a large team he took the time to work with us. Our PPO plan was not renewed in our county. Ari and his team found us our replacement PPO plan with the same coverages and in some area's broader benefits. We greatly appreciate Ari and his team's work.
