After speaking with Medicare.gov about a Prescription Drug plan and getting misinformation (it differed from what I was viewing online), as well as directly with the plan I was considering and speaking with someone who apparently didn’t know the plan or the system, I connected with Chapter and spoke with Christian. What a vast difference. Christian understood my questions and concerns, reviewed the plan thoroughly and enrolled me in less than 45 minutes.
