I had a very good experience enrolling for Medicare. My contact person was Franklin, and he guided me through the process efficiently and satisfactorily. I have been advised that my enrolment with AETNA has been successful and I now await contact with one of your agents, if not Franklin whom I have contacted, to have my
benefits activated.
