I had seen mention of Chapter on the Medicare forum on Reddit and Googled them. It led me to Medicare.gov so I figured they were a creditable resource. I initially spoke to Laura who unfortunately wasn’t licensed in California. I ended up talking with (John) Andrew Morrison and oh boy . . . I hit the jackpot! He’s the best Advisor ever. He taught me all about Medicare in the simplest of terms, explained the difference between Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans, and shed a lot of light on what had previously been a colossal nightmare navigating and exploring my healthcare options. He spent three and a half hours on the phone with me over two days, answered more questions than anyone should ever have, helped me make an educated choice, and assisted me with all the forms and submissions. I cannot recommend him more. Hands down a consummate professional - highly knowledgeable, ever so patient, extremely empathetic, and just an absolute gem with a great personality to boot.
