Noah Worcester was excellent! We got connected with him when we had a question about a medication one of us was going to be receiving and wondering how it would be paid for through our Medicare plan. Long story short, Noah looked to see what Medicare plan would be best for us; we have been with the same plan ever since we started on Medicare and Noah found another plan that would be better for us and save us a lot of money. He checked to see if all the doctors we are currently seeing are covered by the new plan he recommended and thankfully they are! He took this time to find that out, explained the new plan and how much money we could save. He is very knowledgeable, patient, answered questions, returned calls. We are so thankful for him and his customer service!!
