I was very despondent today finding out that the Medicare advantage plan I was on would not pay for the medication I need. Luckily I found Chapter website and called Laura answered, she’s patient, sympathetic and took the time to explain everything to me. She looked to see if supplemental plans would be a benefit and she was very detail. I am grateful to her now I am not stressing. Laura C. Provided me with excellent customer service. I hope she will be my representative in future.
