Sara gave me info I needed to get a medicine approved for neuropathy, it was Lyrica.
I didn't want to bother my doctor as she lost her home on January 4th to a fire. She's been my doctor for 26 and is very knowledgeable. Her daughter stayed after hours to get my prescription through and Sara kept checking up on the process and I've NEVER HAD an insurance agent company do that so thank you.. and please consider giving Sara some recognition as I'm sure I'm not the only person benefiting from her and your company Chapter..
