My husband and I were helped by a gentleman named Brian, who was extremely helpful. Brian was professional and thorough, helping us to understand the best plan. I had never heard of Chapter before. However, I highly recommend their services as they are most knowledgeable about the various plans. I highly recommend working with Brian, whom I understand also goes by Marshall. It's a cute story. Ask him about it!
