Sofia was not helpful. I don't want to work with Chapter. I don't trust them. I was told " Because of how many plans I enrolled into and changed them that I could not be helped and She assumed I would just change it again " and I did not get a chance to speak. Then , when I shut down and didn't answer she told me " I can give you the number for Medicare. " She did not give me the chance to speak. I don't like how I was getting hung up on and had felt the pressure to change my personality to be heard. I am very smart and intelligent , I feel like I am strong enough for myself and deserve to be heard.
