Jonathan made the process to enroll in a health care easy. He is very knowledgeable, he engaged in active listening when I was explaining my needs. He went beyond the call of duty to explain and clarify any questions I had. He keeps to his word and is creative in problem solving. Jonathan, listened attentively to my background,experiences and challenges that I am facing; He showed genuine interest and was able to put together a health plan that met my most important needs .
