I was really reluctant to talk to an agent as I expected it to be a heavy sales job, instead our advisor Caroline was really nice and not pushy at all, just presented us with options and facts and helped us make the best choices for us. Really glad we found her as this is our first year on Medicare and I had spent a lot of time researching and was still very unsure of the best way to proceed.
