Caroline Jetter was amazing. She maintained an extremely calm demeanor and voice allowing me to remain calm through the process that can be confusion and create anxiety. She was completely thorough and organized, even when I veered off she refocused and clearly communicated multiple levels of information. I had someone else from your group who contacted me who was too aggressive for my liking, so it was refreshing to someone who remained calm and focused on my needs. She clearly explained all the essential information to maintain a set protocol from Medicare. I would recommend her as she really gained my trust. Can’t say that for Chapter as a whole, but I can surely say that about her.
