Navigating Medicare vs Advantage plans is seriously compilicated (and a bit rediculous). Ana Lee couldn't have been more patient, informed and responsive. We ultimately chose Medicare/Gap but not after a lot of research and her invaluable council. Notwithstanding, our decisions came on the last day to choose and still, Ana Lee remained unflappable, supportive and so helpful!
