John was very informative in explaining all of the parts of Medicare. During the process he made follow ups to make sure information was submitted in a timely manner. John answered all of my questions in a thoughtful manner as we navigated through the complexities of each Plan. Lastly, he made the process of selecting appropriate insurance and transitioning over to Medicare very easy. Thank you!
