I was very anxious about switching from my employer's medical coverage to Medicare. Working with Alexandra (Alex)was wonderful! She was patient and kind and explained everything so that it was easy to understand. Alex gave me all the time I needed, and I did not feel rushed at any time. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to recommend. She also made herself available if I had any questions when filling out the forms. I would definitely recommend Alex to family and friends.
