June 04, 2024 To Whom it may concern, For months this year 2024 I’ve been putting off signing up for Medicare. I guess I felt doing this would admit “I’m old” as this has been a year of struggle and despair. I was let go from a career I’ve spent 31 years building, and in no way ready to retire! But my Company was scaling down, and letting us “Oldies” go in favor of the “20 Something’s” they can pay far less. So it’s been traumatic to say the least! My husband out of sheer frustration did some research and found “Charter” as my husband knew I would not do the work myself. He called Chapter and spoke with “Brian” my husband said “Honey call this guy really knows what he’s talking about!” Please just see what he has to say! So in order to not disappoint my hubby further I called Chapter. I asked for Brian, I was afraid this call was gonna be the same as others who had reached out to me with their own agenda. Their demeanor did not help in my view of this overwhelming task I saw ahead of me! June 4, 2024 all that changed. I got to speak with a representative that had only one agenda, to help ME! Help me not only understand Medicare but make sure that I felt comfortable with what he was sharing. At the end of our conversation I felt a huge weight off my shoulders. Something I’d been dreading Brian actually made it something I look forward to and am no longer worried about. Now in your world this may not be a big deal but to someone who has experienced a lot of grief this year this meant the world to me. I just wanted to reach out and Thank him with all my heart. I asked if I could “Tip” him in some way Brian said “Absolutely not” that this was not something he can accept. Please make a point to reach out to Brian and in some way recognize his demeanor and professionalism! I’m now on my way and am a happy camper! We will be working with Brian again for my husband as he turns 65 next year and sending my Sister and other family members to Chapter and Brian!
