Lati was absolutely terrific! She is pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented, and full of excellent advice. The work we accomplished in 1 hour, I could not have figured out for weeks! I know - Part B was bad enough with all the waiting on the line for someone to answer the phone and then waiting in long, long lines for Medicare employees who were over 90 min late to work and then after they came, dealing with huge crowds.
