Loved working with John on getting squared away with the Medicare process. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner that made the transition a great experience. He followed up promptly to keep us on schedule with the sign up timeframes and always sent a recap of all that was discussed. He truly made a complicated scenario easy to understand.
